What do termites look like?
Here are some basic pictures of termites if you're wondering what they look like to try to identify them:
Above is a picture of some termites running around in their tunnel.
This guy above is a warrior termite - note that he looks very much like an ant.
These termites are crawling around in a wood tunnel.
These are subterranean termites, the most common type in the U.S., in the underground portion of their nest.
